TweedLove is a new bike festival taking place in the Tweed Valley. Hoping to attract many people to this area of outstanding beauty, local bikers have organised a week of events, bike riding and good times on the trails and surroundings of Glentress and Innerleithen.

And in the same area, at the same time, the 30th Traquair Fair is taking place.

Set in the ground's of 'Scotland's Oldest Inhabited House' (with its own brewery), this outdoor festival celebrates the best in children's theatre, world and traditional music, storytelling and craft workshops.

Now if it would just stop raining...

  1. That Traquair house looks lovely Lois and so big!
I hope in the meantime the weather cleared up?

Did you know I had rain last week on my holliday in Bretagne? We could not sit outside for one single night!
Everything is so much easier when the weather is nice don't you think?
