A Mixed Bouquet

...made from Liberty of London Tana Lawn.

Taking inspiration from this idea in progress and by using up the many small pieces of Liberty of London fabric that I have lying around,  I created this floral patchwork top.

The top can be worn two ways: as above with the back ties pulled back over the shoulder and slipped through the strap bands at the front or as below with the back ties pulled around the waist and tied at the front.

The front top and midriff section are also lined with a contrasting fabric.

Either way, this would look great worn with faded jeans and flip flops...or with a full purple skirt with big pockets (working on that one!)...and some sun!

Have a lovely weekend x

  1. What a lovely top ! smells like summer and inspires me to go through my fabrics !

  2. Totally love this!

  3. What a great idea to use your small pieces of fabric that way! Love the blouse/top! And a purple skirt with big pockets is on my wish list for a long time... (no kidding)
Hope the weather is nice overthere, have a fine weekend!

  4. I love the contrasting patterns, and the alluring cut! Gorgeous!
