This is totally inspired by the photographic project, The Memory of My Wardrobe by Ida Taavitsainen, and the stories hidden in our wardrobes. If you would like to share, please send me a link to your blog post (or your photo and story).  All "Wardrobe Memories" can be found here.

  1. Lois, I think it's telling that most of these closet memories are red-toned--a color of joy and passion. This blouse breaths beauty, and a memory so very touching--your mother would be so proud!

  2. These stories are all amazing ... I am not the sentimental type and certainly not very romantic but these memories all touch me. Tragic but lovely story about a beautiful blouse ...

  3. All these great stories hidden in our wardrobes. And Dawn, my 'closet memories' are red toned too and also a wee bit sentimental! I have struggled writing mine but I have just finished it so I will post it soon.

And Marion, your skirt, blouse, barefoot and hair right down to your butt - to me, very romantic indeed!

  4. I agree, Lois. The red buds of this blouse---and the stunning way you fitted it to fit you...

Marion, there just must be a streak of the romantic about you--your jewelry is certainly beautiful!
