This is a lovely looking cookbook with clear instructions and enticing photographs. So, on tonight's menu we are having Puy Lentil and Sweet Potato Pie or maybe the Artichoke and Fennel Seed Paella but the Maple Peanut California Wraps sound good as does the Warm Salad of Kale, Coconut and Tomatoes...
